Healing Wave Wellness Series - Breathwork by The Bay

Join us for the first of three Healing Wave Wellness Series! Healing Wave Aquatics is hosting an in-person mindfulness and breathing workshop titled "Breathwork by The Bay: Building Your Window of Tolerance," led by our Behavioral Health Specialist, Kim Zimmer. This focused 45-minute presentation will introduce participants to nervous system regulation concepts and provide practical breathing techniques for immediate stress relief and emotional balance.
